Ground mesh was exported into direct x file and imported into Wallaby. Whole procedure can be seen here: video (27 Mb).
Here is the text version of what I did in this tutorial
CREATING OF NEW PROJECT AND EXPORTING GROUND MESH TO RBR BY WALLABY EDITOR
1. Create first.x file in 3dsmax from track plane. (For visible geometry.) Divide your track to parts of areas 100x100m.
2. Create second.x file from track plane (if is needed). (For phisic of track plane.)
3. Open new project in Wallaby.
4. Tools/mesh importer - ground mesh (select first .x file), texture add as new - OK , clear all existing meshes? - Yes
5. Using rigrt click + move mouse , arrows ......you find your track. (Quick move with shift)
6. Object placer - car - click to start of track. Duble click to car, rotate/move....
7. Open material editor. Use "-" for zoom out. Select first square for editing material characteristics - edit it - add material ID - select second square ............ click generate wathers , save
8. File/export project to RBR - select only .col / next / external file - select second.x file (first.x file) /next - select name and folder for sawing - export
9. Open drive line creator. Start click from strt to end. (see top right coner)
10. Object placer - finish area - click to area behind finish line, where car stop.
11. File/export project to RBR - select all except .col and .ini / next / for the present next / - select name and folder for sawing - export
13. This point is only for wallaby 028 version. Object browser / click right to "Textures" - select export .ini
14. Open this .ini file and repair parameters by this example.
On the first places must be textures of "ground meshes"

16. For testing of new track, use names of existing tracks. Save ,rewrite ,launch.
